Now, I say to use their driver because we supply generic versions of graphics drivers for general purposes. When I press the brightness buttons it shows that it changed the brightness, but nothing actually happens to the backlight. If this was a graphics problem then the solution would be to use the latest graphics driver from the system manufacturer. Im using a lenovo legion 5 laptop with a 1660ti GPU, however I cannot change the brightness of the backlight.
